Objectives
Drive continuous improvements in operational processes to meet customer SOP requirements, ensuring all daily activities are executed accurately, efficiently, and on track.
Job Duties
- Continuously review and enhance operational processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to customer SOPs and internal IOP standards, especially in data and document management to achieve productivity goals.
- Monitor KPIs to identify successes, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for shipment arrangements, including checking and obtaining customer approvals.
- Handle customer service matters and manage operational exceptions.
- Ensure accuracy of data entry in InforNexus to maintain reliable visibility for customers.
- Manage shipment bookings with shipping lines.
- Guide vendors to comply with SOPs and provide support through training or education programs.
- Ensure timely collection of invoice payments and manage outstanding local invoices.
- Oversee daily tasks related to account management, ensuring all activities remain on track.
- Manage monthly file closing and ensure proper document filing and archiving.
- Comply with all QHSE procedures and regulations.
- Actively participate in QHSE programs and initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations, including PO management
- Bachelor's Degree in any major.
- Strong managerial skills, including planning, organizing, and directing work in PO management or end‑to‑end supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Results‑oriented mindset with the ability to deliver performance while maintaining respect and professionalism.
