Develop and execute product marketing strategies for Oracle solutions (Fusion and EBS).
Define and communicate clear product positioning, messaging, and value propositions aligned with customer needs.
Support Sales and Presales teams with marketing materials such as pitch decks, product presentations, case studies, and proposals.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and product differentiation.
Plan and manage product launches, marketing campaigns, webinars, events, and demos.
Collaborate closely with Principal, cross-functional teams, including Sales, Presales, Partners, and Marketing Communications.
Deliver product training and enablement sessions for sales teams and partners.
Collect and analyze customer and market feedback to improve product messaging and marketing strategies.
Track and report on campaign performance and marketing KPIs.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, Management, or related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in Product Marketing, IT Marketing, or B2B Technology Marketing for enterprise software, cloud solutions, or ERP systems is preferred.
Strong understanding of Oracle products and enterprise technologies (Cloud, SaaS, PaaS, databases).
Good communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
Ability to create compelling marketing content (presentations, brochures, product messaging).
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM, and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
