Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated CNC Bending Operator to join our production team. This position is responsible for operating CNC Bending machines to shape metal materials such as aluminum, iron, or stainless steel according to the technical specifications required in high-quality furniture production.

The Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring precise, consistent bending results that meet the company&aposs quality standards. This position requires attention to detail, technical understanding, and the ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up CNC bending machines according to work instructions and technical drawings.
• Read and understand technical drawings to determine dimensions, angles, and bending sequences.
• Measure materials before and after the bending process using measuring tools such as calipers, rulers, or other measuring aids.
• Check the quality of the bending results, ensuring that the products meet technical specifications.
• Set and adjust the CNC machine program if necessary.
• Perform routine light maintenance (preventive maintenance) on the bending machine.
• Record daily work results and report to immediate supervisor.
• Coordinate with other production teams (e.g., welding, assembly, finishing) to ensure the smooth running of the furniture production process.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the machine area and its surroundings.
• Comply with SOPs and work instructions applicable in the company.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education: vocational high school.
• Minimum 2 year of experience as a CNC Bending operator (experience in the furniture industry is an advantage).
• Able to read technical drawings and use measuring tools.
• Meticulous, responsible, and able to work in a team.
• Understanding the basics of CNC machine programming is a plus.
