Qualifications:

• Proficient in Spreadsheet (Ms. Excel, Google Sheet).
• Warehouse process basic knowledge.
• Have a strong working ethics and teamwork.
• WIllingness to learn, enthusiastic and discipline.
• Will be located at Warehouse

Responsibilities:

• Process and record incoming customer returns accurately.
• Investigate and resolve any issues related to returned items.
• Work closely with the customer service team to handle returns inquiries
• Help maintain accurate inventory records for returned products
• Assist with general administrative tasks supporting the warehouse operations
• Support physical handling and movement of returned goods.
