We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientedOps Support Internto join our Placement and Brokerage team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the team&aposs daily operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. You will gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of insurtech, assisting with vital administrative tasks, policy analysis, and market comparisons.

• Recheck and verify policies, invoices, and related documents for accuracy and proper record keeping
• Assist with the distribution and filing of hard copy policies
• Update and insert additional information (from 1 January 2025 to present) into the reconciled production report to support the Finance team in audit preparation for FY 2025
• Provide support on various ad hoc operational and administrative tasks as required
• Help ensure smooth workflow by assisting with tasks delegated from the core operations team

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling large volumes of data
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills
• Basic knowledge of finance or audit processes is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or other data management tools
• Flexible and adaptable to support ad hoc requests in a dynamic environment
