Operations Supervisor

We are expanding our business into Hospitality Laundry which is located in Ubud - Gianyar Regency, Bali.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ubud for an Operations Supervisor. The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage and support the operations team, and ensure that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing supply chain and logistics, monitoring inventory, and ensuring quality control. The role also involves analyzing operational data to improve efficiency and communication with various departments to align operational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Operations and Operations Management skills
• Strong Supervisory Skills to lead and manage teams effectively
• Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret operational data
• Effective Communication skills to interact with teams and other departments
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in the laundry, logistic or hospitality industry is a plus
