Responsibilities:
- Understand and be familiar with the characteristics of VIP users, able to develop effective user operation strategies according to user needs, design operation and activity plans that align with user characteristics, and effectively implement them;
- Establish long-term connections and maintain customer relationships with high-net-worth VIP users.
- Training and managing Players in Voice Rooms to follow community guidelines;
- Track & Refine operations of the Hosts, data consolidation and analysis of performances in Voice Rooms
Requirements:
- 1+ years of relevant work experience in user operation, client service, business development, sales;
- Proficient in business development and negotiation, strong communication in verbal and written;
- Able to play MOBA, especially Mobile Legends Bang Bang
- Results-oriented, capacity to work under pressure;
- Excellent in coordination, empathy, and execution skills, creative, initiative-taking, and able to make quick decisions;
