Responsibilities:
- Design and develop conversational scripts and dialogue flows for AI/chatbot interactions.
- Lead robot testing initiatives to ensure seamless functionality and identify potential issues.
- Analyze robot performance metrics and implement optimizations for enhanced user experience.
- Train and guide voice talent to ensure accurate script delivery and behavioral alignment with design intent.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent; 1-3 years of experience in dialogue design, conversational AI, or related fields.
- Experience in product operations within the tech industry, with familiarity in internet-based platforms and AI-driven solutions.
- Prior call center experience (preferably in telemarketing or collections) is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong learning agility and proactive attitude toward innovation.
- Language proficiency: Fluent in Bahasa and English/Mandarin.
