The Project Ops Intern will support the execution of academic and operational initiatives by assisting in data tracking, reporting, and project coordination. This role will work closely with the Project Ops team to ensure smooth implementation of key initiatives such as A/B testing, intervention programs, and pre-test rollouts.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining A/B testing dashboards and intervention trackers
- Support baseline data gathering and question mapping for pre-test projects
- Assist in data consolidation and reporting across centers
- Support tracking of project progress and ensure data accuracy
- Assist in documentation and coordination of ongoing projects
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business, Engineering, Data, Education, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with data (Google Sheets/Excel)
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Interest in operations, strategy, or education/edtech is a plus
