Operations Partner - Guest Experience (Bali)

Job Description:

Deeper Stay works with independent boutique hotels to remove decision friction at the front line so teams can act confidently and enhance the guest experience.

We're building a small, senior, hospitality-native practice focused on how decisions actually get made on the floor, not frameworks, decks, or corporate consulting. This role is for someone who has lived hotel operations and understands where great guest experiences quietly break down in real life.

This is not a consultancy role and not a corporate hospitality position. It's a delivery led, judgement heavy role for someone who values craft, autonomy, and real world impact.

What you'd be doing:

• Observing guest-facing operations in real time (front desk, housekeeping, F&B, guest requests)
• Identifying where hesitation, escalation, or policy overrides judgement
• Working alongside owners, GMs, and teams
• Translating decision principles into practical, usable behaviour
• Supporting the installation of clearer decision rights on the floor
• Helping teams feel confident acting in the moment, without fear

This role is about making thinking land, not producing recommendations.
