Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute both short-term and long-term operational strategies to achieve the company's sales and profitability targets.
• Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve operational expenses, labor costs, COGS (Cost of Goods Sold), and other related costs to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to support and achieve overall business objectives.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Operations team to drive high performance, operational excellence, and continuous growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask
• Comfort working with multiple groups within business
