About the role
As an Manager Store Operation at PT Harlan+Holden Coffee, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple stores in the Jakarta area. This full-time role is critical in ensuring the smooth running and profitability of our retail locations, as we continue to expand our presence as a leading specialty coffee brand in the market.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of assigned stores, ensuring they meet or exceed performance targets
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and development to maintain high standards of customer service
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage costs to optimise profitability
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with the central operations team to share best practices and drive consistency across the store network
- Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to the senior management team
- Foster a positive, customer-centric culture within your store locations
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a retail food & beverage or hospitality industry management or multi-site operations role, preferably in Coffee Industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Proficient in data analysis and financial management to drive store performance
- Passion for the coffee industry and a deep understanding of customer experience
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both verbally and in writing
