Operations Manager (Housing Residential)

General Job Description:

• Lead and manage end-to-end residential estate operations, ensuring high standards of service, safety, and area maintenance
• Develop and control operational budgets, including cost planning, monitoring, and optimization of estate expenditures
• Oversee estate services and vendors (security, housekeeping, landscape, and others)
• Implement and enforce estate rules, SOPs, and governance frameworks to ensure compliance and operational excellence
• Drive resident satisfaction initiatives and handle stakeholder engagement, including resident communications and service improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential estate operations, property management, or township management
• Proven experience in landed residential estate management is an advantage
• Strong expertise in estate operations, regulations, budgeting, and area maintenance management
• Customer-focused, proactive, and able to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera area
