About the Role (Esports Operation Manager)
We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimise operations across our esports organisation. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for keeping everything running smoothly from esports team operations and tournament execution to merchandise and internal workflows. You'll be the operational backbone of Geek Fam, driving efficiency, building scalable processes, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations across esports teams, merchandise, and office functions
- Ensure smooth execution of team activities, tournaments, and internal initiatives
- Build, standardise, and continuously improve operational processes and workflows
- Manage planning, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple functions
- Drive merchandise operations including execution, planning, and revenue performance
- Identify operational gaps and implement scalable, practical solutions
- Coordinate across teams to maintain alignment, efficiency, and execution quality
What We're Looking For
- 3 - 4 years of experience in operations, project management, or similar roles
- Proven ability to manage and improve operational workflows across teams
- Strong problem-solver with sharp attention to detail and a process-first mindset
- Background in esports is required, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang experience preferred
- Clear communicator and strong cross-functional collaborator
- Calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
