Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of data center facilities to ensure smooth, reliable performance.
- Maintain continuous system availability and safeguard the operational integrity of all critical infrastructure.
- Execute operational plans that align with broader enterprise technology and infrastructure strategies.
- Manage core mechanical, electrical, and IT infrastructure systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Monitor and optimize building and environmental systems for efficiency and performance.
- Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs to sustain high operational standards.
- Administer key operational platforms such as BMS, EPMS, IWMS, and CMMS to support facility and engineering workflows.
- Facilitate integration between monitoring platforms and engineering tools, including CAD/REVIT and operational dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with global standards and frameworks, including ISO 27001 for information security and ISO 50001 for energy management.
- Analyze operational metrics to drive improvements, support scalability, and implement energyefficient and facility-management best practices.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 810 years of experience in data center operations or critical infrastructure management.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
- Proven expertise in managing mission-critical facilities with complex MEP and IT infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus and BACnet.
- Hands-on experience with facilities management, monitoring, and operational platforms.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive operational excellence.
