Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth running of operations by working with operation supervisors
- Resolve escalated client issues brought up to Operations by Customer Service
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly checks to ensure that operational processes are being followed by operations supervisors under you
- Deal with escalated worker issues that your operations supervisors are unable to handle
- Working with the sales department to provide operations input on large tender quotations
- Ensure that there are sufficient workers to fulfil all cleaning contracts in your sector at any time by working with HR
- Work with Operations Manager to improve work processes, and grow the business
Requirements:
- Operations Executive/Customer Support Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in any field.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, because we deal with Chinese speaking candidates and clients
- Good interpersonal skills
- Transferable skills are welcome
Role Details:
- Location: Batam, ID
- Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM SGT, hybrid arrangement (1 day per week from home upon entering full time)
- Salary Range: IDR 10,250,000 13,250,000
- Bonuses: a 13th-month bonus, Performance bonus & Company bonus upon entering permanent status
