Job Description:
- Assist in the development and management of business operations tools, systems, and operational requirements.
- Contribute to operations projects, process improvement, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Perform data analysis and translate findings into actionable business insights.
- Support the development and maintenance of operational dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams, the sales team, and other stakeholders to support business operations and initiatives.
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Statistics preferred). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Demonstrated ability to work with numbers, analyze data, and solve problems — gained through coursework, academic projects, internships, or other hands-on exposure; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data analytics & visualization tools is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong willingness to learn and a positive can-do attitude.
- Internship experience in operations, supply chain, business analysis, or data analytics is a plus.
