Responsible in managing daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks to ensure the efficiency and productivity of the collection operations.
Coordinating with Debt Collection Agencies (DCAs) and other collection institutions, maintaining accurate records, and preparing various reports to support the collection team's activities.
Working Day including Saturday and Sunday (off-work in other weekdays)
Job Requirements
Experiences in Admin min 1-3 years.
Able to work together with team.
Excellent communication, collection oriented, fluent in English.
Experiences in Admin can operate Excel and the formula.
