Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

  • Responsible in managing daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks to ensure the efficiency and productivity of the collection operations.
  • Coordinating with Debt Collection Agencies (DCAs) and other collection institutions, maintaining accurate records, and preparing various reports to support the collection team's activities.
  • Working Day including Saturday and Sunday (off-work in other weekdays)

Job Requirements

  • Experiences in Admin min 1-3 years.
  • Able to work together with team.
  • Excellent communication, collection oriented, fluent in English.
  • Experiences in Admin can operate Excel and the formula.
