Bank Sahabat Sampoerna are looking for Operational Risk Specialist who will be responsible for the following:
- Implementation and development of BCM and implementation of BCP
- Manage and develop Key Control Self Assessment (KCSA)
- Manage and develop the Loss Event Database (LED)
- Manage and Report RWA Operational Risk
- Conduct risk studies on policies regarding the implementation of Bank operations
- Conduct regular updates to operational risk policies and procedures
For this role, we will need someone who:
- Min Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience in compliance in banking or financial industry
- Having BSMR min. level 1 certification
- High integrity and credibility
- Has a high motivation to learn
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance related to collections activities.
- Familiar with risk assessment methodologies and tools.
