Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying, assessing, and monitoring operational risks across business units.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of Operational Risk tasks such as RCSA, KRI, and LED.
  • Assist in monitoring risk mitigation action plans and follow up with related stakeholders.
  • Assist the Head of Risk Management in organizing the Risk Management Committee (RMC).
  • Risk Management assessment and another task related to Operational Risk

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, Information Systems, or a related field, with at least 2 years of work experience, including a minimum of 1 year in Operational Risk Management.
  • Experience in banking or P2P lending industry will be highly preferred.
  • Good understanding of Operational Risk task concepts such as RCSA, KRI, and LED.
  • Experience in preparing or contributing to Operational Risk Management opinions or assessments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Minimum written proficiency in English.
