What you'll do and what success looks like in this role:

  • Manage the drafting, review, and updating of policies and procedures related to operational risk, ensuring all documents comply with regulatory requirements and internal Bank standards.
  • Maintain and manage the Policy & Procedure Repository as a single source of truth for all Bank policies and procedures, including ensuring version control, document updates, format consistency, and ease of access for all work units.
  • Coordinate and administer product governance forums, including conducting risk assessments for new products, services, or initiatives.
  • Perform risk assessments on products or process changes, including risk identification, gap analysis, mitigation recommendations, and documentation of decisions in accordance with the product governance framework.
  • Support the implementation of Business Continuity Management (BCM), including maintaining BCM policies, BCM documents (Risk Assessment, Business Impact Analysis, Business Contingency Plan) for all work units, coordinating BCP testing and documentation, monitoring the effectiveness of business continuity plans, and ensuring unit readiness.
  • Conduct risk awareness activities through socialization, risk culture surveys, training, and development of materials related to risk culture, policies, and internal controls.
  • Coordinate with other control units within the bank to ensure effective and consistent implementation of the risk framework.

What Is Required and What We're Looking For

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major.
  • Basic understanding of risk management is an advantage.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Operational Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, BCM, or process/policy management.
  • Understanding of operational risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements (OJK/BI) related to risk management and BCM.
  • Good communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various work units.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of producing well-structured documentation.
  • Thorough, proactive, and possesses high integrity.
  • Able to work in a dynamic and governance-based environment.
  • Strong orientation toward compliance and risk control.
