Job Description Summary :

Developing, continuous improvement and implementing SOPs, ensuring that processes comply with company policies and regulations, also collecting and analyzing operational data to assess process effectiveness & support the implementation of technologies and systems designed to enhance operational efficiency

Job Description :

• Analyze existing operational processes, identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, and develop actionable solutions.

• Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational performance and track the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, supply chain, quality, and IT, to identify opportunities and drive change.

• Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues and implement sustainable corrective and preventative actions.

• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.

• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in operational excellence and integrate them into company strategies.

• Prepare and present reports on operational performance, project progress, and achieved savings to senior management.

• Support the implementation of new technologies and systems designed to enhance operational efficiency.

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, or Lean/Six Sigma role, preferably within the agricultural, manufacturing, or supply chain industries.

• Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing continuous improvement projects that have delivered tangible results.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

• Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel), and project management software.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Experience with change management principles and techniques.

• Fluency in English is required proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
