Implementing Continuous Improvement Program from Country and Region.
Drives weekly business unit reviews to identify corrective actions for improving operations performance.
Lead cross-functional, complex projects supporting key focus areas and following established company process improvement methodologies and standards and ensure implementation of workshop results.
Has advance knowledge of program and project management principals, practices and tools.
Work effectively and collaboratively with project teams, Mill manager, function and process improvement staff to support successful completion of projects.
Ensuring Supply Chain Academy and Capability are well implemented
Coach and mentor process improvement staff and conduct process improvement training
Conduct Lean training (White, Yellow, Green Belt) and mentor individuals towards Yellow Belt Certification

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Engineering or relevant discipline (e.g. Science or Engineering related).
A minimum of 5 years of in related technical experience in mill, production, or R&E environments.
In depth technical knowledge and expertise in personal hygiene products manufacture or machine design is preferred.
Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
Ability to implement Continuous Improvement program using Lean methodologies (e.g. DMAIC, PDCA)
Ability to clearly communicate orally and in writing to individuals and groups and negotiate with customers and managers.
Expertise in Process/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering with a demonstrated ability to translate that knowledge into execution of process and capacity improvements in innovation projects.
Ability to create and deliver persuasive professional presentations to communicate data driven insights recommendations for improvements and advancements.
Experience working with external technical service providers.
Maintaining a good spirit and ability of teamwork.
Giving priority to customer experience and customer oriented.
Demonstrating high accountability and commitment to reach business objectives.
