Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operation Specialist (Mandarin speaker) located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Operation Specialist will oversee daily operations, manage communication with stakeholders, and ensure operational efficiency. Additional responsibilities include coordination with teams for project implementation, analyzing operational workflows, and supporting sales and account management activities. This role requires fluency in Mandarin to liaise effectively with clients and partners.
