Great Giant Foods (GGF) is looking for a high-integrity professional to join our Procurement - Category Operation team. As a Senior Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless procurement processes across our FEP operational areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day order monitoring (PR to PO; PO to Delivery) for FEP at Situbondo, Bali, Banjarmasin, and Makassar.
- Act as a bridge between internal users and GGF Category Experts.
- Handle PO creation, fulfillment, and the end-to-end payment process.
- Conduct local sourcing to meet operational requirements.
- Ensure all procurement activities align with the latest company policies and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any related major.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Management or Procurement.
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong integrity, highly organized, and able to work independently.
- Willing to travel to on-site operational areas as required.
