Online Sales Support (retail)

Qualification

• Available to join immediately
• Minimum Senior High School (SMA) graduate or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce, online sales, or marketplace operations
• Familiar with social media and marketplace platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, etc.) and their seller tools
• Proficient in Google Workspace and POS machine software
• Basic understanding of online sales flow (order processing, stock management, customer chat handling)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders and data
• Good communication skills (verbal & written), especially in responding to customer inquiries
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily operations on marketplace and social media platforms
• Process incoming orders, ensure accuracy of order details, and coordinate with warehouse/logistics team
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups through chat in a timely and professional manner
• Update product listings, including descriptions, prices, and stock availability
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding stock, promotions, and order issues
• Assist team to receiving goods, organising and labelling stock, updating inventory records, picking and packing orders, doing stocktakes
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of storage area 
• Assist in executing promotions, campaigns, and marketplace programs
• Monitor sales performance and prepare weekly & monthly reports (track sales & online metrics)
• Ensure all orders are fulfilled on time and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings
• Identify issues in the sales process and propose improvements
