Online Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an e-commerce strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets
• Manage online sales channels (website, marketplaces, social commerce)
• Optimize customer journey, conversion rate, and online merchandising
• Lead digital marketing initiatives (performance marketing, CRM, promotions)
• Analyze performance data and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with brand, supply chain, and IT teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in beauty or retail
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, online merchandising, and analytics
• Proven leadership and people management skills
