- Identify and acquire merchant and payment gateway partners (online, local & overseas) for ShopeePay, SPayLater, and SeaBank
- Manage end-to-end partner onboarding, integration, and activation
- Grow partnerships through marketing activities, collaboration, and regular performance reviews to drive revenue and profitability
- Build strong cross-functional coordination with Product, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance, and other internal teams
- Continuously identify business opportunities to improve products and drive transactions, with focus on partner needs and customer experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development and partnerships, preferably in fintech
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Data-driven with proficiency in pivot tables and ability to translate data into decks for external reporting
- Strategic thinker with strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
- Fast learner, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
- Highly motivated and target-driven team player
