Conduct system implementation based on the project plan.
Perform requirement analysis.
Develop documentation (Business Blueprint, Program Specification, and Testing Scenario).
Conduct user training.
Conduct data verification.
Perform User Acceptance Test.
Provide post-implementation assistance.
Liaise with process owners and users.
Participate in training, certification, and personnel development programs.
Work closely with colleagues, developers, testers, and various end-users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or other related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT product implementation or solution delivery, especially in Customer Engagement Solutions.
Proven ability to handle multiple implementation projects concurrently across different products, with strong prioritization and time management skills.
Highly proactive, curious, and self-driven actively seeks knowledge, experiments independently, and builds expertise without relying heavily on principals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good command of English, both spoken and written.
Deadline-oriented with high attention to detail and execution quality.
