Job Description

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Public Health, Business, or a related discipline. An advanced degree or oncology-related certification is an advantage.
  • Minimum 15 years of proven experience in sales within oncology, pharmaceutical, medical devices, diagnostic/laboratory services, or other healthcare-related industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with oncologists, healthcare professionals, hospitals, and related stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver scientific and clinical information clearly, ethically, and empathetically.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, supported by a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a highly competitive market.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote oncogenomics and precision medicine laboratory services.
  • Conduct scientific detailing and presentations to oncologists and healthcare professionals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, oncology clinics, and key accounts.
  • Support physicians with educational materials to help patient understanding of genomics testing.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets through effective territory and account management.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management.
  • Collaborate with internal medical, laboratory, and operations teams to ensure service excellence.
