Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Public Health, Business, or a related discipline. An advanced degree or oncology-related certification is an advantage.
Minimum 15 years of proven experience in sales within oncology, pharmaceutical, medical devices, diagnostic/laboratory services, or other healthcare-related industries.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with oncologists, healthcare professionals, hospitals, and related stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver scientific and clinical information clearly, ethically, and empathetically.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills, supported by a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a highly competitive market.
Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to promote oncogenomics and precision medicine laboratory services.
Conduct scientific detailing and presentations to oncologists and healthcare professionals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, oncology clinics, and key accounts.
Support physicians with educational materials to help patient understanding of genomics testing.
Achieve assigned sales targets through effective territory and account management.
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management.
Collaborate with internal medical, laboratory, and operations teams to ensure service excellence.
