Kozystay is a fast-growing hospitality technology start-up focused on short-term rentals. We are looking for a Project Manager to lead day-to-day operations for Kozystay units in Surabaya, support the pre-opening phase, and maintain strong relationships with property owners.
- Designing new properties to be up to Kozystay's standard
- Inspection of new properties and prepare the onboarding report
- Execution of onboarding process including managing renovations and decorating the property
- Manage administration process for property onboarding and offboarding
- Scheduling and monitoring technicians for new property repairs
