About the Program

Join our dynamic 12-month Management Trainee Program under Ofi Future Impact Talent Program (ofi FIT) designed to develop future leaders in the food ingredients industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and curious individual to join our team as a Management Trainee where you will be part of the business team where you will be involved in areas like supply chain, procurement, sales, funding and, risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support business leaders on costing strategy, Origin & Product Finance and Customer Insights & Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Process functions.
  • Managing the supply chain from producer to export (procurement, processing, quality and shipments).
  • Daily communication with industry players to gather market information and understand the prices in the market.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth flow of business.
  • Aligning with Sustainability team in achieving common objective for specific region or business unit.
  • Keep control on operations and operational losses.
  • Creating and maintaining various dashboards on business-related matters for better management view and decision making
  • Adopting improvised systems and procedures to enhance existing business model.

Who We're Looking For

  • Recent graduates or final-year students majoring in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or Operations, related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
  • Technology savvy with proven skills on BI and Data Analytics an advantage.
