Offline Marketing (OOH) - Specialist
Overview
Job Location : Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara, Indonesia
As an Offline Marketing (OOH) specialist, youll bring our campaigns to life. The role covers everything from coordinating vendors and producing promotional materials to tracking campaign results and working with Finance on invoice and tax compliance. Your job is to make sure every promotion is delivered on time, on budget, and true to our brand.
Key Responsibilities
Promotions & Campaigns
- Coordinate with the Head of Marketing to design and execute nationwide and in-store promotional programs (discounts, vouchers, bundling, seasonal campaigns, product launches).
- Manage the annual master calendar of campaigns & events (E.g Lebaran, Independence Day, Back-to-School, Clearance Sale, etc.).
- Work with Store Managers and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure promotional materials arrive and are displayed correctly and on time.
- Support store openings, local events, sponsorships, and on-ground activations with promotional materials.
Advertising & Media
- Plan and manage advertising placements (billboards, radio, print, social ads, mall directories, OOH).
- Negotiate with media partners & vendors on pricing, value-adds (bonuses/extra slots), and timelines to maximize exposure within budget.
- Coordinate with the creative team to deliver ad creatives correctly to vendors.
- Track campaign performance (traffic, sales impact, ROI, reach, impressions, conversions).
- Ensure proof-of-performance and vendor compliance.
Cross-Functional Support
- Collaborate with digital marketing, visual merchandising, and retail operations to maintain campaign consistency across all channels.
- Work with finance/procurement on vendor contracts, tax invoices, and payments.
- Prepare and present regular reports (weekly & monthly), including competitor insights, market trends, and recommendations for improvement.
Print & Production
- Prepare print briefs (size, finishing, material type) based on campaign requirements.
- Negotiate with printing vendors to balance cost, durability, and delivery timelines.
- Select appropriate materials (vinyl, flexi, acrylic, paper) for short-term vs. long-term campaigns.
Tax & Compliance
- Be familiar with Indonesian advertising taxation to correctly handle quotations and invoices.
- Coordinate with Finance to ensure vendor invoices (including Faktur Pajak) are correct before submission.
- Maintain accurate expense records to support Finance in audit readiness.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelors degree in Marketing or Advertising
- 24 years of experience in promotions, advertising, or marketing operations.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian taxation in advertising.
- Experience handling vendor contracts and tax invoices.
- Basic knowledge of print production materials.
