To provide end-to-end operational and coordination support for the Partnership Alliance team, enabling seamless execution of partnership initiatives with strong governance, compliance, and agility.
This role serves as the operational backbone of the partnership organization, ensuring structured processes, effective cross-functional alignment, and disciplined execution across all partnership activities.
By strengthening governance frameworks, managing compliance and documentation, and overseeing budget, finance, and legal administration, this role ensures operational excellence and supports the team in delivering scalable and impactful partnerships.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Law, Business, Management, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in governance, administration, compliance, audit, & management, (fresh graduates with strong analytical skills may be considered).
- Good understanding of Telco is a Plus
Strong skills in:
- Ms Office Tools (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft OneDrive. Microsoft Power BI is a Plus)
- Data processing and reporting

Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Operations & Execution
- Support day-to-day execution of partnership alignment across multiple partnership alliance
- Assist in preparing materials for partnership alliance operation
Partnership Governance, documentation & Compliance
- Manage the partnership performance management tracker.
- Creating and Support all documentation and alignment for any agreement / confirmation letter / amendment partner with close coordination with Legal, Regulatory, Tax, Finance, Manage the approval ILTO, and back and forth with related PIC external partner.
- Provide governance support for internal and external audits related to partnership and digital initiatives.
- Ensure partnership activities (bundling, commercial deals, GTM programs, campaigns) comply with:
- Internal policies and SOPs
- Applicable regulatory and compliance requirements (telecom, digital services, data, and content).
- Monitor end-to-end governance processes, from:
- Proposal and business case development
- Execution and performance monitoring
- Post-implementation evaluation.
- Support policy review and harmonization across cross-functional teams:
- Partnership, Legal, Finance, Tax, Product, Brand Communication, Risk, and Audit.
- Prepare governance documentation, minutes of meetings, and tracking reports
Budget Administration, Process & Tracking
- Support accurate and transparent administration of the Partnership division budget (working & non-working), ensuring governance and audit compliance.
- Maintain and update budget tracking tools to reflect real-time committed vs spent vs remaining allocation.
- Coordinate PO/PR, GR and vendor payment processes with Finance, Procurement and agencies.
- Process and monitor purchase requests, PO approvals, RFS dates, GR status, and vendor payments in SAP SRM/ECC.
- Identify budget risks and opportunities based on tracking performance, pacing and financial trends.
Data Processing & Business Analytics Support
- Process, consolidate, and analyze data related to partnership performance (subscribers, revenue, uptake, churn, CPS, ROI), Campaign and GTM effectiveness performance, & product bundling and digital service performance.
