In order to ensure the department operates and achieve Budget revenue Target
Established divisional KPI base on the organizational scorecard
Develop and mentor team members to achieve department objectives
Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, make recommendations, and tracking their improvement
Manage department budget based on the work plan
Improve business process and Data Base of customers
Deliver best customer experience in Department level

Job Requirements

Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major.
5 years of B2B sales experience with experience in selling ICT, Telco products
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, particularly in government sectors (Badan, APH, Kementrian)
Having knowledge about B2B business model and sales methodology
Good in English, oral and written
Good communication, negotiation, presentation, and report writing skills
Good analytical thinking
Flexible and adaptable in under pressure situations and meet short and long term deadlines
Able to use Microsoft office (excel, ppt, doc, etc)
