We are seeking a CEO Office professional at a managerial level to oversee and coordinate.This role focuses on governance, monitoring, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. PMO & Cross-Functional Oversight
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional initiatives and internal programs.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, deliverables, and risks across divisions.
- Consolidate updates, reports, and dashboards for management review.
- Ensure alignment between strategic plans and operational execution.
2. Talent Development & Workforce Management
- Oversee and coordinate talent development and workforce initiatives, including:
- Recruitment & talent sourcing coordination
- Learning & development programs
- Utilization rate monitoring
- Retention initiatives
- Workforce and people-related budgeting
- Work with HR and business units to ensure effective manpower planning and productivity tracking.
3. Financial Monitoring & Performance Control
- Monitor and consolidate financial performance indicators, including:
- Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
- Budget utilization and cost control
- End-to-end utilization rate cycle (per engagement / EL)
- Prepare periodic financial and performance reports for management.
4. Office Operations & Governance
- Oversee office operational and administrative functions, including:
- Tender processes and related documentation
- Legal and corporate document management
- Office administration and vendor coordination
- General office operations (including pantry and facility support)
- Ensure operational compliance and process efficiency across office activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Finance, HR, or related fields.
- Minimum 58 years of experience in PMO, Business Operations, Consulting, or Management Office roles.
- Experience managing cross-functional processes and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of talent management, basic financial monitoring, and office operations.
- Analytical, structured, and comfortable working with data and dashboards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
