Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible to fill up all vacant space of assigned floors/projects for Office Tower within the targeted time frame
- Responsible to renew all expiring tenants of assigned floors/projects timely
- Responsible for operational excellence of Leasing business process
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or higher from Business Management/Marketing
- Min. 7 years of working experience in Office Tower with significant experience as Leasing Manager
- Able to work with sales target
- Stay updated with lifestyle trend
- Good attention to details
