Job Description

Responsibilities

Analyze business processes and configure Odoo (Community/Enterprise) to meet requirements
Customize Odoo modules, develop workflows, and integrate third-party applications
Migrate data from legacy systems to Odoo with accuracy and integrity
Train end-users and create documentation for smooth adoption
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and post-implementation
Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with user's expectations

Requirements

Hands-on experience implementing Odoo (Community or Enterprise) in a client-facing role
Technical proficiency in Odoo customization and PostgreSQL
Understanding of business processes
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
Experience working in a software house or IT consultancy is preferred
