About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Odoo Developer to design, develop, and maintain customized Odoo applications and modules to support our business operations. This role requires technical expertise in the Odoo platform, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into efficient, scalable Odoo implementations. This position requires onsite work and relocation to Purbalingga.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Odoo modules to meet business requirements.
- Analyze business needs and design solutions within the Odoo framework.
- Perform system integrations, module migrations, and performance optimizations.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and implement bug fixes for Odoo applications.
- Collaborate with the IT team and other departments to ensure seamless system operations.
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure the system's scalability and maintainability.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Odoo and related technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Odoo Developer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Python programming and strong knowledge of the Odoo framework.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL database management.
- Experience in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of ERP system workflows and business processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness and ability to relocate to Purbalingga for onsite work.
