Odoo 18/19 Senior Developer (Remote + travel within Indonesia)

The Reality Check

- We Travel: This is a fully remote position, but it comes with heavy travel requirements. If you aren't ready to hop on a plane (all expenses covered), this isn't the role for you.

Responsibilities

- Architect & Build: Develop and maintain custom Odoo modules that simplify complex business logic for our clients.

- Problem Solve: Dive into complex server knots and performance bottlenecks to find elegant, scalable solutions.

- Manage Infrastructure: Oversee Odoo databases and server management to ensure peak performance.

- Integrate: Build seamless connections with external APIs.

- Innovate: Work on cool new integrations (currently with a heavy focus on AI and LLM implementation) and automation flows to keep our clients ahead of the curve.

Must Haves

- Experience: 3+ years of hardcore solution-building in Odoo.

- Tech Stack: Expert-level Python and a deep understanding of Odoo's internal architecture.

- Frontend/Reporting: Proficiency in XML, JavaScript, and QWeb reporting.

- Tools: Mastery of Git for version control and deployment pipelines.

- Independence: A creative mind with the ability to work autonomously and own a project from start to finish.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Nice to Haves

- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

- Technical understanding of Indonesian tax and accounting requirements.
