Job Purpose:
Support adoption of the global OFR standard process and solution landscape within the country/station. Act as subject matter expert for stations on assigned topics, supporting their improvement journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support country adoption of global processes and solutions for assigned topics, focusing on achieving operational excellence in line with global standard.
- Support country performance improvement with regards to OFR operational KPIs and customer feedback
- Ensure effective communication with regards to assigned topics on country and station level, collaborate with relevant stakeholders to obtain feedback and gain support.
- Contribute to the development of the global standard for assigned topics by:
- Analyzing existing situation for assigned topics to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, issues affecting the customer experience, risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Collecting requirements / best practices / feedback from the station with regards to assigned topics and providing those to the regional process excellence teams.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/qualification
Experience Level
- At minimum 3 years of working experience in Freight Forwarding
