Occupational Health&Safety Officer

Job Description Summary :
Ensure full compliance with the OHS Management System in line with government regulations and sustainability standards by implementing relevant SOPs, verifying execution through audits, and strengthening organizational capacity.

Job Descriptions :

• Developing an Occupational Safety and Health program in the workplace.

• Develop K3 standards, procedures and manuals in accordance with government regulations and standards.

• Conduct incident investigations using the SCAT Methodology.

• Support and continue to improve Occupational Safety and Health risk management.

• Conduct training for employees regarding Occupational Safety and Health.

• Compile and analyze statistical reports related to Occupational Safety and Health from the unit.

• Conduct Occupational Safety and Health inspections on units, issue recommendations and monitor their implementation.

• Monitor and analyze K3 monitoring of the work environment in operational units according to government regulations and standards.

• Conduct internal audits of SMK3 and sustainable palm oil standards (ISPO, RSPO, ISCC).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health

• Already have a General K3 Expert Certificate.

• Preferably have 3 years of experience handling Occupational Safety and Health in the Palm Oil Industry and relevant industries.

• Have good independent work, collaboration and communication skills.
