Develop and implement procurement strategies for Non-Trade goods and service (e.g, office supplies, IT equipment, marketing services, facilities management, professional services)
Identify opportunities for cost savings & process improvement in Non-Trade Procurement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with company objectives
Identify, evaluate, & select suppliers based on quality, cost, service & reliability
Negotiate contracts, terms, & conditions with suppliers to ensure the best possible value for the company
Build & maintain string relationships with key suppliers to foster long-term partnerships
Monitor supplier performance & manage supplier risks to ensure compliance with agreements & company standards
Oversee the end - to - end procurement process for non-trade items, including requisition approval, purchase order creation & goods / services receipt
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, & ethical standards
Manage & maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, & supplier documentation
