Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for Non-Trade goods and service (e.g, office supplies, IT equipment, marketing services, facilities management, professional services)
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings & process improvement in Non-Trade Procurement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with company objectives
  • Identify, evaluate, & select suppliers based on quality, cost, service & reliability
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, & conditions with suppliers to ensure the best possible value for the company
  • Build & maintain string relationships with key suppliers to foster long-term partnerships
  • Monitor supplier performance & manage supplier risks to ensure compliance with agreements & company standards
  • Oversee the end - to - end procurement process for non-trade items, including requisition approval, purchase order creation & goods / services receipt
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, & ethical standards
  • Manage & maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, & supplier documentation
  • Continuously review & improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency & effectiveness
  • Implement best practices & innovative procurement solutions to streamline operations & reduce costs
  • Utilize procurement software & tools to automate processes & improve data accuracy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree from any related field
  • Min. 5 years of working experiences as a procurement or purchasing
  • Has experiences working in retail industry
  • Proficiency in English is preferable
