- Technology transfer and application: Responsible for the successful transfer of manufacturing processes and testing technologies to the local plant, ensuring accurate implementation and optimization
- Cross-cultural communication and collaboration: Ensure that cultural differences in the technology transfer process are effectively managed and promote synergy between teams;
Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Responsible for continuous improvement of
production efficiency, cost reduction, and product quality
Training and Support: Responsible for systematic technical training for
technicians/employees in local factories.
Job Requirement
- 5+ years of experience in automotive electronics manufacturing industry with knowledge of manufacturing processes and test processes
- Project management experience in two or more automotive electronics related product development or manufacturing roles
- Previous management experience as a discipline PL or equivalent in a vehicle manufacturer&aposs supporting automotive electronics program
