This is a contract position for a Resident Engineer at L2X Tech. As a Resident Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining network solutions on-site in Jakarta Metropolitan Area. Your day-to-day tasks will include network troubleshooting, configuration, and optimization to ensure seamless connectivity for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and resolve network issues.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure.
- Implement and optimize network configurations.
- Document procedures, configurations, and incidents.
- Collaborate with internal and client teams on network solutions.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in networking or technical support.
- Network Troubleshooting, Configuration, and Optimization skills
- Experience with network equipment and protocols
- Knowledge of security protocols and best practices
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus
- Willingness to travel if required by the position.
- Proficiency in English.
