Job Description

Responsibilities

Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on complex IT network infrastructure
Design and implement wide-area and enterprise network infrastructures
Conduct network troubleshooting, monitoring, and optimization
Manage and maintain network devices, firewalls, and routing systems
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams and configurations
Support 247 helpdesk operations, including availability to work outside regular working hours when required
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure network stability and service continuity

Requirements

Experience with Cisco WS-C2960, Huawei S6700, or equivalent network devices
Strong experience with Layer 2 switching, including all modes with emphasis on stacking configurations
Experience with Fortigate 500D, Mikrotik CCR, or equivalent firewall and routing devices
Strong knowledge of Layer 3 networking, including BGP, Leased Line, and IPsec VPN
Hands-on experience with: Mikrotik, Fortigate, BGP, Microsoft Office (documentation and reporting)
Able to work effectively in a team environment
Strong motivation and willingness to learn
Demonstrates good attitude, professionalism, and responsibility
Willing to support operational needs outside standard working hours
