Job Description

Responsibilities

Conduct IT operation monitoring within the customer
Provide 1st level support for external customer
Perform network troubleshooting at the customer
Conduct IT Operation & Security monitoring within the customer

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or any related discipline.
Fresh graduate with a minimum GPA of 3.00 are welcome to apply.
Knowledgeable in Routing, Switching, Basic Network, OSI layer
Experience with one or more this product: F5, DWDM, Cisco, Huawei, Juniper, or Aruba
Having CCNA, CCNP, HCIA, F5 BIG-IP certification is a plus.
Having a good communication, teamwork, and active-proactive.
Placement at South Jakarta.
