Network Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Operate Lintasarta's national core network.
• Handle Level 2 escalations for core network issues (terrestrial).
• Follow up on incident fixes and potential network risks.
• Manage service provisioning and delivery processes.
• Escalate new customer network provisioning as needed.
• Execute PSB (New Connection Installation) for new nodes.
• Activate new trunks and disconnect devices or trunk systems when required.
• Identify network requirements for enterprise/corporate applications.
• Perform network and backbone service migrations.
• Improve and repair critical enterprise networks.
• Develop topology and protection systems for critical customers (DC, DRC, BH).
• Operate core, aggregation, and access network nodes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Provider/Networking.
• Familiar with Cisco, Juniper, and Huawei equipment.
• Familiar with routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, and IPv6.
• Understanding of Layer 2, VLAN, Stacking, and VPC operations.
• Understanding of MPLS services, EVPN, and various Layer 3 services.
• Knowledge of access devices using Fiber Optic, PTP, and PTMP.
