Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Network Engineer located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Network Engineer will be responsible for understanding client business needs and translating them into effective network and data center solutions.
The role includes designing, presenting, and implementing network architectures, conducting technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept (PoC) testing, and ensuring solutions meet customer expectations. The Network Engineer will also prepare technical documentation and collaborate with internal teams to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable network infrastructure.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Informatics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience as a Network Engineer, Network Consultant, or Presales Engineer
- Strong knowledge of networking products and data center infrastructure & architecture (switching, virtualization, storage, server, or DC networking)
- Experience working in or supporting data center environments is preferred
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Network certifications is a plus
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and work collaboratively with internal teams and customers
